Call Monday through Thursday between 1:30pm and 3:00pm to schedule an in-person appointment.
​Assistance is not guaranteed and can only be determined after an on-site interview. Funds are limited and are not always available. When contact is made, PBMC will advise what documents are required to schedule an in-person interview. Also, we do not assist with past due rent with an individual/landlord or property lots. PBMC receives funds for past due rent only for assistance with a current/valid lease contract with an apartment complex or property management company. 
Please keep in mind that we service the entire Permian Basin Area, and our lines remain busy.
